OUR STORY
Founded in 2014, Vape Shop was created with a simple mission: to help adult smokers make the switch to vaping by providing quality products, honest advice and outstanding customer service.
More than a decade later, we've grown into one of the UK's leading vaping retailers, serving millions of customers both online and across our nationwide store network. As the vaping industry has evolved, so have we, continually expanding our range to offer the latest vape kits, e-liquids, nicotine pouches and smoking alternatives from the world's leading brands.
What sets us apart is our people. Our knowledgeable team genuinely understands the products we sell, enabling us to offer practical, impartial advice and help every customer find the right solution for their needs.
Today, our commitment remains exactly the same as it was in 2014: to offer trusted products, competitive prices and an exceptional customer experience that keeps customers coming back.
