For most people, the Argus series is a top choice. These devices are compact, easy to use and deliver consistent flavour, making them ideal for beginners or everyday vaping.
If you’re looking for something more versatile, the Vinci range offers a balance of performance and simplicity, with adjustable settings and compatibility with different vaping styles.
For experienced vapers, the VooPoo Drag series is often considered the top option. These kits provide higher power, more control and sub-ohm performance — perfect if you want bigger clouds and more customisation.
Most VooPoo pods will last around 1–2 weeks with regular use before needing to be replaced. However, this can vary depending on how you vape. For example:
- Frequent or heavy vaping may shorten lifespan
- Sweeter e-liquids can wear coils out faster
- Higher wattage (on more powerful devices) can reduce how long pods last
In some cases, the pod itself can last longer, but the coil inside is usually the first part to wear out. You’ll know it needs changing if you notice a burnt taste, weaker flavour, less vapour, gurgling sounds or leaking.
If the coil is built into the pod, swap the whole pod. If your device uses replaceable coils, you can change the coil instead.
Most VooPoo tanks use a top-fill design, making refills simple and mess-free:
- Remove the top cap — Usually by unscrewing or sliding it open
- Fill with e-liquid — Insert the nozzle into the fill port (not the centre airflow tube)
- Secure the top cap — Make sure it’s closed properly to prevent leaks
- Let it sit — If you’ve installed a new coil, wait 5–10 minutes before vaping to give it time to absorb the e-liquid, which helps prevent dry or burnt hits
Most VooPoo vapes, including popular models like the Argus and Drag 5, can be unlocked by pressing the fire button five times. To unlock your vape, follow these steps:
- Make sure your device has a charged battery and is switched on
- Quickly press the fire button five times in a row
- You’ll see the screen light up or a message confirming the device is now unlocked
On some models, you can also unlock the device by pressing and holding the fire button and the UP (+) button together for a few seconds.
Once unlocked, your vape is ready to use. Always double-check your pod is filled and the coil is primed before firing.
To reset your device, press the fire button and UP (+) button together for around 10 seconds. Here’s the step-by-step:
- Make sure your Argus is switched on
- Locate the fire button and UP (+) button
- Press and hold both buttons at the same time
- Keep holding for about 10 seconds
- Release when the screen resets
Your Argus will now be restored to its default settings, which is handy if you’re having issues or just want a fresh start.
