This depends on the puff count of your model. For example Elfbars 4in1 vape kit provides approximately 3200 puffs, which lasts most vapers a couple of weeks. Elfbar also offer lower 600 puff devices such as the ELFA, which last a day or so before needing a refill.
This depends on whether your Elfbar is a prefilled pod kit or a refillable vape kit. Prefilled pod kits are very simple to refill, just pop the empty pod out and then push the new one into place. In the case of refillable pod kits, remove the pod from the device, open the seal and refill the pod with e-liquid until it`s just below full. In both cases wait 5-10 mins before vaping in order for the coil to prime properly.
